# Team Overview
Xuberant Solutions is led by two co-founders with a combined experience of more than 14 years in solar-based systems across India. The team has installed over 10,000 Solar PV pumping systems and 20+ megawatts of Solar PV rooftops, working with leading brands including Crompton Greaves, Claro Energy, Tata Solar, Mahindra Solarize, Ecozen, and Rotomag. ## Pratyush Kumar — Co-Founder

Pratyush has extensive expertise in a wide range of Solar PV applications, including innovative uses such as utilizing solar pumps as aerators for large fish ponds and integrating solar modules for efficient pesticide spraying. His deep understanding of solar technology allows him to develop practical, high-impact solutions tailored to various industries, enhancing both efficiency and sustainability.

Beyond his technical knowledge, Pratyush is highly skilled in managing operations teams to optimize installation processes. He focuses on accelerating project execution while maintaining the highest quality standards, ensuring long-term reliability and customer satisfaction. His ability to balance speed, precision, and innovation has made him a key contributor to numerous successful solar projects, driving the adoption of clean energy solutions across different sectors.

## Manav Mishra — Co-Founder

Manav brings extensive experience in sales and related activities within the Solar PV industry across various regions of India. Over the years, he has worked closely with numerous stakeholders, ensuring seamless execution of solar projects and driving growth in the renewable energy sector. His expertise extends to collaborating with multiple state departments, including those in Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Himachal Pradesh, Haryana, Punjab, and Maharashtra.

Through these engagements, he has gained in-depth knowledge of state-specific solar policies, government regulations, and incentive programs, allowing him to navigate complex approval processes efficiently. With a strong understanding of market trends and consumer needs, Manav has played a key role in expanding solar adoption across urban and rural areas. His ability to build relationships, negotiate contracts, and implement strategic sales initiatives has contributed to the success of several large-scale and decentralized solar projects, making him a valuable asset in the industry.
